Radisson Collection has launched its Gastronomy Series, offering gastronomic travel experiences for food and travel enthusiasts in select Radisson Collection destinations worldwide. The Series' multi-faceted approach is designed to enhance the guest experience for foodie travellers and everyday explorers.

The Series includes a video testimonial series to inspire future hotel guests to explore iconic destinations from a gastronomic perspective, with guidance from local connoisseurs. Additionally, Radisson Collection creates foodie guides for each Series destination, encouraging and empowering guests to explore unique flavours found off the beaten path in each featured city. Moreover, to celebrate the Gastronomy Series, each of the six destinations creates a special edition of "Taste of Heritage" dishes for a limited time as part of the Radisson Collection restaurant menus.

The first edition of the Radisson Collection Gastronomy Series begins in Milan, known as one of the world's culinary capitals. The collaboration features local content creator Marko Morciano. Milan's vibrant culture has a rich culinary history beautifully reflected in its cuisine. Milanese food celebrates simplicity and authenticity, combined with the sophistication that has made the city a beloved destination for food lovers. Milan's gastronomic scene is a harmonious fusion of the past and the present, where age-old recipes are presented with contemporary flair. From risotto alla Milanese to ossobuco, each dish showcases the region's mastery of comforting yet refined fare. Pasta is also crafted with respect for traditional methods that have stood the test of time.

The "Milanese Guide for Foodies" will be produced and available to hotel guests throughout the summer. At the same time, the limited edition "Taste of Heritage" dish will be available on the Bertarelli restaurant menu in the fall of 2024.
