PMG, Hilton Announce the First Waldorf Astoria Residences in Colorado

Waldorf Astoria Residences is Coming to CO with PMG, Hilton Partnership

The national developers PMG and Hilton have announced the Waldorf Astoria Residences Denver Cherry Creek opening. Located at 185 N Steele St., this condominium will host the opening of Waldorf Astoria in Colorado. The 37 residences on the boutique property, a landmark in the small neighbourhood of Cherry Creek North, will provide luxury for all seasons while capturing the essence of the surrounding mountains' natural splendour. The lower floor will house a restaurant and a lounge inspired by Peacock Alley at the Waldorf Astoria. Dawn Raymond of Kentwood Real Estate is responsible for sales for this project, which has a $1.2 million starting price.

Cherry Creek is now home to some of the most prestigious neighbourhoods in the world, thanks to Waldorf Astoria's debut in Colorado. The hotel is renowned for being the pioneer of service and luxury. The Waldorf Astoria is known for its experiences, a legacy that closely aligns with PMG's fundamental values of creating creative methods to provide a luxury living and lifestyle experience. The Residences, which also includes Waldorf Astoria Miami and Waldorf Astoria Residences Miami, is the second upscale residential development between PMG and Hilton.

The property's concept design is led by renowned architect Carlos Ott and Denver-based Shears Adkins Rockmore (SAR+). The snow-capped Rockies will influence the style, materials, and accents of the interior design business BAMO.

Completed premium homes with 1,350–4,320 square feet will be available at Waldorf Astoria Residences Denver Cherry Creek. Every home will have views of the city and the mountains, opulent finishes, and amenities that create a setting of distinct personality and elegance. These include fully integrated Sub-Zero and Wolf kitchen appliance packages, built-out closets, BAMO-curated flooring options, Italian bathroom vanities with stone tops and Waterworks fixtures, lighting packages, and smart home features. Most homes will also include private balconies and semi-private elevators.

Cherry Creek will receive an individualized living experience from Waldorf Astoria, a brand synonymous with luxury based on service. Among these is a lounge with a nod to Peacock Alley, a resort-style pool with a bar and lounge areas on the rooftop, a wellness centre featuring massage services, a sauna, steam rooms, and a distinctive restaurant. Among the extra features are health and mobility facilities, a lobby with a striking porte-cochere drop-off experience, and electric vehicle charging stations.

Having been involved in luxury residential development for over 32 years and operating across the country, PMG has produced over $12 billion in assets with execution and attention to detail. PMG is currently working on some notable condominium projects, such as 111 West 57th Street in New York City, also known as the Steinway Tower in Billionaire's Row, and Waldorf Astoria Miami and Waldorf Astoria Residences Miami, which will become the first supertall in Miami and the tallest structure south of Manhattan.
