Built in 2014, it has 100 rooms to ensure guest comfort. The hotel is located in Dubai's Al Jaddaf district and offers views of the Burj Khalifa. It is located on the banks of the famous Dubai Creek, providing tourists with waterfront views. OYO anticipates more than 1 lakh Indian tourists visiting Dubai this year. Dubai has long been a popular destination for Indian tourists due to its luxurious shopping, magnificent architecture, and active culture. The unveiling comes as the emirate prepares to welcome a record number of Indian tourists in 2024. India placed first in terms of passenger numbers, with 11.9 million visitors to Dubai in 2023, followed by Saudi Arabia (6.7 million) and the United Kingdom (5.9 million).
