IHG Hotels and Resorts has signed a new Vignette Collection property. When it opens in Dubai next year, it will be the tallest all-hotel tower in the world. The franchise agreement will see the launch of Ciel, Vignette Collection, offering a lifestyle experience in the Marina.

The Ciel, a multi-storey high-rise hotel located in Dubai Marina, is owned by The First Group and managed by The First Group Hospitality. The property is currently under construction and will feature over 80 floors, 1,000 rooms and suites, three restaurants, Dubai’s highest infinity pool, a fitness centre, spa, club lounge, and an observation bar & lounge with views of Palm Jumeirah, the Arabian Gulf, and the Dubai skyline.
