This year, festival-goers will bask in the light of 30 Michelin stars – a record for the festival. For the first time, the World Gourmet Festival will feature an event on Loy Pela Voyages, Anantara’s signature dinner cruise along the Chao Phraya River. Taking the helm in the kitchen is Portuguese maestro Louis Anjos, the Michelin-starred chef of Al Sud restaurant in Palmares, who will be matching his bold creations to the striking views of Bangkok’s illuminated riverside attractions, including the famous Wat Arun.
