Club Med Appoints Marc Lauret as Sales Director for Singapore and Malaysia

Club Med has appointed Marc Lauret as Sales Director for Singapore and Malaysia, as it continues to expand its presence and strengthen partnerships across the two Southeast Asian outbound travel markets.
He will be responsible for driving commercial performance, trade engagement, and supporting the brand’s portfolio across sun and ski offerings.
Marc Lauret brings international experience across the UK, Ireland, and the Nordics, with a focus on sales transformation, MICE, and digital distribution. He has led multi-market commercial strategies, including the development of the Club Med Travel Agent Portal as a central platform for partners, contributing to increased bookings during the Winter 2026 campaign.
His experience also includes introducing structured service frameworks and loyalty programmes for travel agents, expanding the share of sun resort bookings in ski-focused markets, and supporting growth in the Meetings & Events segment through curated resort experiences and corporate engagement.
He has also worked on strengthening e-distribution through API integrations and partner connectivity, including collaborations with British Airways Holidays, as well as implementing data-led reporting tools to support partner decision-making.
