Cheval Collection has appointed Christian Potvin as the General Manager of Cheval Maison—Expo City in Dubai, which will open in the first quarter of 2025. This is the second property in the Middle East of Cheval Collection, situated in the heart of Expo City, Dubai, following Cheval Maison—The Palm Dubai’s opening (April 2023). Cheval Collection currently operates 13 properties across London, Edinburgh, and Dubai.
Expo City is a future-centric mini-city that builds on the legacy of Expo 2020 Dubai. Cheval Maison—Expo City Dubai is a luxury residential building in Expo City, Dubai: it comprises studio apartments, one-bedroom apartments, two-bedroom apartments, three-bedroom apartments, and royal suites. The building features luxury amenities and is near the Metro.
