In November, Chef Nobu Matsuhisa will be back in Doha for three nights of special culinary events. This visit celebrates Nobu’s 30th anniversary and its unique blend of Japanese and Peruvian flavours. The celebration honours past achievements and the ongoing passion that drives Nobu and its guests.

In 1994, Nobu was established in Tribeca, New York, and has since achieved global success. Known for pioneering food trends and emphasizing quality, each Nobu experience is crafted to be distinctive and reflect the brand’s dedication to its culinary heritage. On November 3, 2024, Chef Nobu will host a celebration on the rooftop in Doha to mark 30 years of the Nobu empire. Throughout the event, guests will savour live stations featuring Nobu’s signature dishes, a variety of delectable canapés, and unique cocktails. The evening will also feature live entertainment and breathtaking views of the Doha skyline.

Join Chef Mauro Baldari and his team in the kitchen for a special series of Nobu Omakase dinners with Chef Nobu. Chef Nobu has prepared a seven-course omakase featuring dishes such as Nobu Caviar Tacos, a selection of Nobu Sushi, King Crab Tempura with Calamansi Amazu Ponzu, and other delicacies.

This exclusive dining experience will be available at the restaurant from November 3 to November 9, 2024. Cooking enthusiasts will have the opportunity to join Chef Nobu for a special masterclass on November 4, 2024, where they can learn the secrets behind his signature sushi. Participants in the masterclass will also receive a signed Nobu Cookbook. Limited spots are available and are expected to sell out quickly!
