The Ritz-Carlton, Bangalore Appoints Ketan Shetty as Director of Catering Sales

The Ritz-Carlton, Bangalore has appointed Ketan Shetty as Director of Catering Sales.

Ketan brings over a decade of experience in catering sales, MICE, and commercial strategy within the hospitality industry. In his new role, he will lead the hotel’s catering, group, and MICE segments, working closely with sales, culinary, and events teams to drive business across meetings, conferences, and events.

Prior to joining The Ritz-Carlton, Bangalore, Ketan was associated with JW Marriott Mumbai Sahar, where he headed the reactive sales function and managed key segments including MICE and medical conferences. His earlier experience includes roles at JW Marriott Hotel Bengaluru, The Leela Palace Bengaluru, Sofitel Mumbai BKC, and Courtyard by Marriott Mumbai International Airport.

In his current position, he will focus on strengthening the hotel’s catering portfolio and expanding its presence in the meetings and events segment.
