IHCL's Qmin Partners with M2M Ferries

IHCL’s Qmin to Manage Onboard Dining Across M2M Ferries Routes

Qmin, the culinary platform from Indian Hotels Company (IHCL), has partnered with M2M Ferries and Villa Nueve LLP as the exclusive onboard catering partner for the ferry operator’s RoPax vessels across all routes.

Under the partnership, Qmin will manage the onboard food and beverage operations, offering passengers a selection of signature dishes, regional favourites and meal options designed for ferry travel.

Enhanced Onboard Dining

Qmin will oversee food and beverage services across all dining venues on the M2M-1 and M2M Princess vessels.

The onboard menu will include:

  • Signature Qmin dishes
  • Regional specialities
  • Quick bites and snacks
  • Beverages
  • Premium food and drink options available in the lounge

The partnership aims to provide passengers with a wider range of dining choices throughout their journey.
