HiLITE Holdings Appoints Neka Sulaiman as Director to Lead Hospitality Division

HiLITE Holdings has appointed Neka Sulaiman as Director, where she will lead the Group’s hospitality division and oversee its expansion plans.

In her new role, she will focus on developing HiLITE Group’s hospitality portfolio, with plans to build 1,000 hotel keys across Kerala by 2030. This move marks the Group’s expansion into the hospitality sector, alongside its existing presence in retail, residential, and commercial developments.

The Group aims to develop a portfolio across luxury, upscale, and midscale segments, with Kozhikode identified as a key market.

Neka Sulaiman has prior exposure to operations through her association with Hug a Mug, the Group’s café brand, where she gained experience in customer service and team coordination.

She holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) degree and has completed CMA, with academic background in finance and management.

Commenting on her role at HiLite Holdings, Neka Sulaiman said she aims to focus on building hospitality infrastructure aligned with the needs of growing urban markets.
