Waldorf Astoria Berlin Promotes Piotr Berezowski to Executive Chef

Waldorf Astoria Berlin has promoted Piotr Berezowski to Executive Chef.

Berezowski has been associated with the hotel for over a year, most recently serving as Executive Sous Chef. In his new role, he will oversee the hotel’s culinary operations, including kitchen management, menu development, and team leadership.

He brings experience from roles across Berlin and Paris, including Chalet Suisse Berlin, Ovest – The Italian Touch, Black Pug Restaurant & Bar, Hotel Adlon Kempinski Berlin, and Le Pré d’Ici in Paris.

In his new role, Berezowski will oversee the hotel’s culinary operations, including menu development, kitchen management, and team leadership.

Commenting on his appointment, Berezowski said, “I am pleased to take on the role of Executive Chef at Waldorf Astoria Berlin. I look forward to working with the team and contributing to the hotel’s culinary offerings.”
