Grand Millennium Hotel Dubai Promotes Mohamed Rashad to Deputy General Manager

Grand Millennium Hotel Dubai has promoted Mohamed Rashad to Deputy General Manager.

Rashad previously served as Hotel Manager and has been involved in overseeing operations, guest services, and team management at the property. In his new role, he will support overall hotel operations and business performance.

He brings over two decades of experience in the hospitality industry, having started his career in front office operations. His professional background includes leadership roles with InterContinental Hotels Group and Four Seasons.

During his tenure at Grand Millennium Hotel Dubai, Rashad has been associated with improvements in guest feedback scores and operational processes. He has also been involved in cost management initiatives and workplace engagement efforts.

He oversaw refurbishment work across suites and apartments, as well as operational changes aimed at improving service delivery. The hotel has also seen movement in online review rankings during this period.
