Manoj Bhatt Appointed as Cluster Manager- Learning & Development- Uttarakhand at Mahindra Holidays & Resorts

Mahindra Holidays & Resorts India Limited (MHRIL) has appointed Manoj Bhatt as Cluster Manager – Learning & Development for its Uttarakhand operations, effective June 2026.

This marks Bhatt’s return to Mahindra Resorts, where he previously served as Assistant Manager – Learning & Development for the Uttarakhand cluster from 2020 to 2022. In his current role, he is responsible for overseeing training and development initiatives across multiple properties in the region.

Bhatt brings experience in hospitality human resources and learning and development. Prior to rejoining MHRIL, he was associated with Radisson Hotel Group as Learning & Development Manager, where he managed training functions across properties in Jim Corbett and Nainital.

Earlier in his career, he worked with Aahana – The Corbett Wilderness as HR Manager and with Leisure Hotels Group in Nainital as Assistant Manager – Human Resources. He began his hospitality career in 2015 and has since worked across roles involving HR operations and capability development.

Bhatt holds an MBA in Human Resource Management from the University of Bedfordshire, UK, along with a Master of Commerce and Bachelor of Commerce from Kumaun University, Nainital.

Based in Ramnagar, Uttarakhand, he has experience working across hospitality properties in the Corbett and Nainital regions. In his current position, he will focus on implementing learning frameworks, supporting workforce development, and aligning training initiatives with operational requirements across MHRIL’s Uttarakhand portfolio.
