APPOINTMENT
Ivan Parodi has been appointed General Manager of the Grand Hotel Bristol Spa Resort in Rapallo.
The move is part of R Collection Hotels’ ongoing approach to organisational development and its focus on internal leadership progression.
Parodi, who has been associated with the Rapallo property since 2023 in the position of Hotel Manager, now takes on the responsibility of leading the hotel’s operations. His appointment is aimed at maintaining continuity while supporting the Group’s presence on the Portofino Coast.
Originally from Liguria, Parodi represents a newer generation of hospitality professionals and brings operational experience within the luxury segment. In his new role, he will continue to work on a hospitality model tailored to high-end guests while contributing to the development of the region and reinforcing the brand’s identity.
The transition of these managerial roles within key properties aligns with R Collection Hotels’ ongoing plans for organisational growth. The Group continues to promote internal talent, support professional advancement, and maintain consistent service standards across its portfolio.
