APPOINTMENT
Saurabh Choksi has been appointed as the new General Manager of Sayaji Hotels.
Saurabh holds over 20 years of experience, having worked across luxury cruise lines and five-star hotel brands, with a stronghold in operations, team building and elevating guest experiences.
Saurabh is regarded for his pre-opening skills. Over the last decade, he has led the launch of four luxury hotels and four dynamic F&B concepts.
Before entering the hotel industry, Saurabh worked for ten years with cruise lines such as Silversea Cruises and Regent Seven Seas, where he gained experience in service delivery and international guest engagement. These responsibilities continue to inform his current work in hospitality management.
His leadership approach is based on a people-first management style, with a focus on team coordination, communication, and structured support. He applies methods such as mentoring, listening, and coaching to align team efforts with operational goals.
