APPOINTMENT
Udaipur Marriott Hotel has announced the appointment of Shiv Prakash as the new IT Manager.
In his new role, Shiv will be responsible for managing and maintaining the hotel’s information technology systems, ensuring operational efficiency, data security, and technological support across all departments.
He will also oversee compliance with Marriott’s global IT standards and lead initiatives to enhance guest experience through technology.
With over a decade of experience in hospitality technology, Shiv has previously served at prominent Marriott properties including Jaipur Marriott and Jaisalmer Marriott Resort & Spa. He has been an integral part of multiple hotel pre-openings, leading system setups and IT infrastructure deployments. His core expertise includes hotel application management, IT compliance audits, budgeting, network operations, and training.
Known for his hands-on approach and deep knowledge of Marriott’s centralized IT tools, Shiv brings valuable experience in aligning hotel technology with brand standards and operational goals.
