With European travel booming and anticipated to surpass 747 million international arrivals in 2024, Wyndham Hotels & Resorts is making noteworthy advancements. The hospitality brand intends to expand by adding 25 new city hotels to its European collection, strengthening its presence in Germany, Austria, and the Netherlands.

This growth showcases Wyndham’s lasting partnership with HR Group. The newly added hotels will be part of the Trademark Collection and Vienna House Easy by Wyndham brands, offering travellers more accommodation options in key urban and business hubs.

“Europe’s travel industry is experiencing a remarkable upswing, with record numbers of visitors and business travellers in cities and regions, as well as increasing attendance at events,” said Dimitris Manikis, President EMEA at Wyndham Hotels & Resorts.

“Together with the HR Group, we are sending a strong signal of our presence in key markets with this expansion and creating even more attractive accommodation options in sought-after city destinations.”

The 25 hotels are thoughtfully positioned close to cultural landmarks, business areas, and transport connections. Guests can choose to stay at the Fourside Hotel Salzburg, part of the Trademark Collection, while visiting Mozart’s birthplace, or opt for Vienna House Easy Amsterdam, conveniently located near the airport.

Ruslan Husry, Chairman and CEO of HR Group, stated that integrating the hotels into the Trademark Collection and Vienna House Easy by Wyndham marks a significant milestone.

Eight of the 25 hotels will join the Vienna House Easy by Wyndham brand, offering affordable and contemporary accommodations. The remaining hotels will be part of the Trademark Collection, known for its distinctively designed properties. Wyndham further advances its European growth strategy through HR Group’s acquisition of Centro Holding and Centro Hotel Management in 2024.
