First PM Shri Paryatan Vayu Seva Lands

Watch as the first-ever flight under PM Shri Paryatan Vayu Seva lands in Jabalpur, where it is given a welcome with water cannons.

On June 13, 2024, Madhya Pradesh launched air taxi services connecting cities within the state to boost tourism. Chief Minister Mohan Yadav launched the intra-state air service. The air service is called PM Shri Paryatan Vayu Seva and the first flight was flagged off from the capital Bhopal to Jabalpur.

The air service will be operated by the Madhya Pradesh Tourism Board (MPTB) with two aircraft to begin with. The air taxi service will connect eight cities across the state. These are Bhopal, Indore, Jabalpur, Gwalior, Khajuraho, Ujjain, Rewa, and Singrauli. According to an official statement, the venture has been started on a Public Private Partnership (PPP) basis with a private firm named Jet Serv Aviation Private Limited (Flyola).
