Air India has put out a post on social media platform X (formerly twitter). The post talks about a "New Air India" with hashtags of "Coming Soon" and "New Experiences".
The airline has been creating a lots of controversy in the last few months, with incessant flight delays and bad customer experiences. Broken seats, inflight entertainments systems not working and the poor quality of food have made headlines in the travel industry.
