Skyscanner has introduced Savvy Search, an innovative AI-powered feature that uses OpenAI’s ChatGPT to provide personalized travel suggestions and detailed destination insights directly in the app.

Skyscanner, a global travel app, has introduced a new app-exclusive feature called Savvy Search, powered by OpenAI's Chat GPT technology. This tool allows travellers to describe the type of trip they're going for, and the app will provide up to three curated destination recommendations.

Globally, 44% of travellers use artificial intelligence to help them plan and study their trips

Unlike many other AI-inspired travel tools, Savvy Search combines imagery with detailed destination descriptions to showcase the unique characteristics of each recommendation. Once a destination is chosen, travellers can proceed to Skyscanner's flight search to compare prices and book their flights.
