Israel has said it is “now open for tourism.” Conflict in the region for the past few months had virtually shut the country for tourists. Flights to capital Tel Aviv were suspended and global airlines are now slowly resuming them. Indian carrier Air India will resume its five times weekly nonstops between Delhi and Tel Aviv flight from May 16.
