The Machan Appoints Sakshi Sarmandal as Director of Talent and Culture

Machan Resorts LLP has strengthened its leadership team by appointing Sakshi Sarmandal as the director of Talent and Culture.

In her new position, Sakshi will lead the execution of strategies aimed at enhancing a robust people-centric culture, ensuring the group continues to attract the best talent and offers an inspiring and engaging working experience. Sakshi holds a Business Administration degree with a specialization in Human Resources from The Welingkar Institute of Management Studies. With a strong background in Hospitality, including experience at JW Marriot Juhu, Sarovar Hotels, Pride Hotels, Sayaji Hotels and as a professor at IHM college Sakshi brings a wealth of expertise to her new role.
