Sarovar Hotels Promotes Top Management for Strategic Growth

Sarovar Hotels has taken a significant step forward in its growth strategy by promoting three top executives to senior vice presidents for development, operations, and commercial. The three executives are Rajesh Ranjan, Nipun K Vig, and Akshay Thusoo.

Rajesh Ranjan, a seasoned professional with over 30 years of experience, has been appointed Senior Vice President of Development. He will lead all business and project development activities in his new role, including global franchisee and management contracting. He will also head the design and development think tank, drive strategic alliances, spearhead business growth initiatives, and oversee the planning and launch of all new hotels.

Nipun K Vig, who has over 30 years of industry experience, has been promoted to Senior Vice President of Operations. In his new role, he will make decisions about profitable and sustainable growth plans for every hotel within Sarovar. He will oversee all operational activities, play a crucial role in new hotel development, and help drive business advancement.

Akshay Thusoo, with over 15 years of experience in hospitality, media, and the automotive industry, has been elevated to the strategic position of Senior Vice President of Commercial. In this pivotal role, he will oversee the sales, revenue, distribution, and marketing functions and effectively steer initiatives aimed at propelling business expansion and market share growth.
