His career trajectory, marked by significant contributions to renowned venues, makes him the perfect fit to lead the culinary experiences at The Westin Gurgaon, New Delhi. In his current role, he will work closely with the hotel’s director of food and beverage to oversee all food and beverage operations, including restaurants, bars, in-room dining, banquets, meeting rooms, and outdoor catering. He will play a key role in further enhancing the reputation of the hotel’s award-winning outlets: Seasonal Tastes (all-day diner), EEST (specialty Pan-Asian cuisine), Prego (specialty Italian cuisine), Sunset Story (rooftop bar and lounge), Mix Bar & Lounge, Story Club & Lounge (nightclub), and Daily Treats (patisserie). His responsibilities include ensuring seamless food and beverage operations, creating exceptional dining experiences, and optimizing operational efficiency to exceed guest expectations.

The hotel has seven dining options offering a variety of cuisines including casual breakfast, traditional Italian, and flavors of Asia such as Indian, Chinese, Thai, and Japanese
