APPOINTMENT
The St. Regis Goa Resort has appointed Shanti Sanga as its new reservations manager. With over 11 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Sanga brings a wealth of knowledge and a proven track record of excellence to the team.
Sanga started her career with management training in the front office at Clarks Exotica, Convention Resort & Spa in Bengaluru. She has since held key roles at Taj MG Road Bengaluru, Four Points by Sheraton in Pune, and Sheraton Grand Bengaluru Whitefield Hotel & Convention Centre. She has been recognized for her exceptional contributions.
Having previously worked with Marriott International, Sanga is well-acquainted with the industry's standards of excellence. She is particularly drawn to The St. Regis Goa Resort's unique location, surrounded by lush greenery, rivers, lagoons, and the beach. She leads by being cooperative and supportive and believes in creating an environment where team members feel valued and accountable.
