Ojas Vagal Appointed as Multi-Property Director of HR at 3 Key Properties

APPOINTMENT

Ojas Vagal has taken on the role of Multi-Property Director of Human Resources at 3 key properties: Sheraton Grand Bengaluru Whitefield Hotel & Convention Centre, Marriott Executive Apartments UB City, and The Artiste Kochi- A Tribute Portfolio Hotel. 

Ojas has over 19 years of experience working in human resources management, learning & development, and hotel operations. He will bring a mix of strategic insight and people-centric leadership to his new role. He will be responsible for spearheading the full spectrum of HR and talent development functions across the three hotels, playing a significant role in shaping a highly engaged, motivated, and driven workforce.

Before this appointment, he served as Director of Human Resources at The Ritz-Carlton, Bangalore, and Assistant Director of People & Culture at Four Seasons Hotel Bengaluru at Embassy ONE, where he led successful initiatives in recruitment, performance management, employee engagement, training, and policy development.

Known for his interpersonal skills, creative thinking, and ability to nurture high-performing teams, he will now provide strategic leadership in areas such as compensation management, training and development of employees, staff relations, and retention strategies across the Marriott multi-property cluster.
