Her expertise includes working with various high-profile properties and brands, such as Sheraton Grand Bengaluru, Novotel Mumbai, Sofitel Mumbai BKC, The Lalit Suri Hospitality Group in Mumbai, Ibis Bengaluru Hosur Road, and Taj President Mumbai.
Ami has demonstrated her expertise as a Hotel Service Culture Trainer and Certified Departmental Trainer, specializing in enhancing service standards and promoting a positive workplace culture. As a recognized speaker at Encovate EDGE 2021, she is dedicated to industry innovation and professional growth. Known for her exceptional operational insight, Ami consistently manages daily operations while implementing innovative strategies.
