As the Marketing Communications Manager, she is responsible for managing all aspects of the hotel's marketing, branding, and communications strategy, which aims to establish the hotel as a preferred destination in Kolkata.
Before this, Bhattacharya served as the Senior Marketing Manager at Global Kitchen Kolkata, where she managed the marketing portfolios for thirteen prestigious brands, including Serafina, Bombay Brasserie, and Irish House. Her success in executing impactful campaigns and promoting brand growth demonstrates her strong understanding of market trends and customer engagement strategies.
She is a graduate of Calcutta University, where she earned a degree in Accounting and Finance.
