Appointment
The Courtyard by Marriott Pune Hinjewadi has appointed Shrikant Unde as its head chef. Unde brings with him two decades of experience in the culinary field. His proven track record of delivering results makes his expertise invaluable to the hotel's team. He will report directly to the hotel manager, Aniket Kulkarni.
Unde began his journey in the hospitality industry at Grand Hyatt, Mumbai, and has since held various roles in hotel brands, retail, and cloud kitchens such as Swiggy, Mezza9, The Poona Cloud Kitchen, and Radisson. His most recent position was as executive sous chef at Radisson Blu, Indore, where he further honed his skills and deepened his understanding of the industry. Beyond his professional accomplishments, Unde is known for his commitment to swimming and cycling, which adds complexity to his character.
