Novotel Goa Panjim has announced Vinayak M. Prabhavalkar's appointment as its new Director of Sales and marketing. With over 17 years of experience in the hospitality industry, including a strong background in the Goan market, he aims to drive strategic growth and strengthen the hotel's presence.

Prabhavalkar began his career in 2006 and has worked with top hospitality brands such as Marriott International and IHG. He has consistently demonstrated excellence in boosting revenue, leading sales teams, and enhancing customer satisfaction. His deep understanding of Goa’s unique market dynamics makes him a valuable addition to the team.
