Mercure Lucknow Gomti Nagar Appoints New Talent & Culture Manager

APPOINTMENT

Mampi Biswas has been appointed as the new Talent & Culture Manager at Mercure Lucknow Gomti Nagar. 

Mampi has had a career spanning 6 years in the hospitality industry, bringing diverse expertise to each role. Her extensive skill set encompasses talent acquisition, payroll management, compensation and benefits, employee engagement, grievance handling, and data analytics. Beyond her technical expertise, Mampi strongly believes in employee engagement and development. She is committed to building a positive, inclusive, and growth-oriented work environment that values employee contributions and fosters individual growth. 

Mampi is result-oriented and brings pivotal experience from her previous roles as Assistant Manager, Talent & Culture at Grand Mercure Bengaluru, Gopalan Mall. Her tenures with top hotel brands also include Novotel Guwahati GS Road, MAYFAIR Lake Resort, and Swissotel Kolkata from where she completed her Industrial training. She has completed her diploma in Hospitality Management from JIS University, Kolkata.
