Manish Bedi has been named as the newest Director of Food & Beverage at the revered The Leela Ambience Gurugram Hotel & Residences. In his new role, Bedi will set out to ensure the highest standard of services provided by the hotel’s culinary department.
Manish Bedi, originally from Kolkata, is an alum of Robert Gordon University of Scotland. In the past, he has worked with brands like the Dubai World Trade Centre, The Park hotels, and Shangri-La at locations of Bengaluru, Dubai, Shanghai, Abu Dhabi, and New Delhi.
The hotel, too, has extended the same warm welcome to Bedi as they believe he will elevate the standards of the organisation.
