Fortune Hotels, a member of ITC Hotels has announced the signing of a second property in Siliguri, West Bengal. The new property will be called Fortune Park and will open in March next year.

The hotel will be a brownfield project spread across 1.47 acres. The new hotel will be a mix of 120 rooms and suites and will include an all-day dining restaurant, banquet facilities and meeting spaces.The hotel will cater to the growing demand in the local market, especially for events and social gatherings.
