Previously serving as General Manager at Goa Villagio Resort and Spa, Ajay brings a wealth of experience and expertise to his new role.
Ajay’s career spans leading hospitality brands including Taj Hotels, Accor, and Zuri, where he developed strong skills in operations, cost management, and revenue growth. At Goa Villagio Resort and Spa, his leadership consistently delivered positive guest feedback and improved financial performance.
In his new position, Ajay will focus on strengthening IHM Group’s operations, enhancing customer experiences, and driving expansion plans in Goa and other regions.
