IHCL Signs New Vivanta Hotel in Jaipur’s Jagatpura

Indian Hotels Company (IHCL) has announced the signing of a new hotel in Jaipur, Rajasthan. The greenfield project will be branded as Vivanta.

Suma Venkatesh, Executive Vice President – Real Estate & Development, IHCL, said, “With growing infrastructure and rising demand from business, MICE, and leisure travellers, Jaipur has emerged as an important regional hub. This signing supports our strategy to grow in high-potential metro and state capital markets. We are pleased to partner with Mr. Dinesh Choudhary, Mr. Vivek Choudhary, and Mr. Rajat Choudhary for this project.”

The 160-room Vivanta Jaipur will be located in Jagatpura, near the newly renovated Terminal 1 of Jaipur International Airport. The hotel will offer an all-day dining restaurant, rooftop specialty restaurant, bar, gym, swimming pool, health club, and conference facilities, catering to both leisure and business guests.

Vivek Choudhary, Director, Wonder Build Developers Private Ltd, said, “We are happy to partner with IHCL to bring the Vivanta brand to Jaipur. This project will add to Jaipur’s hospitality options and provide travellers with a quality stay experience.”

With this addition, IHCL’s portfolio in Rajasthan now includes 31 hotels, with eight currently under development.
