The St. Regis Saadiyat Island Resort in Abu Dhabi has introduced the Café Ginori concept, showcasing the craftsmanship and whimsical style of Ginori 1735 within its culinary offerings. This café, the first of its kind in the Middle East, represents a new phase in the collaboration with the Italian porcelain brand Ginori 1735, delivering dining experiences to select St. Regis locations around the globe.

Café Ginori at The St. Regis Saadiyat Island Resort in Abu Dhabi offers an experience that captures the essence of la dolce vita and artistic expression in every aspect. With sea views, this café showcases the full artistry of Ginori 1735, featuring an Italian-inspired menu that spans from breakfast to aperitivo, along with a retail space. Merging creativity with exquisite home décor details, the café displays Ginori 1735’s Domus home décor collection—from the woven Ginori Ondori Azalea fabrics on the cushions and chairs to the exquisite artisanal wallpaper in soft petal tones. Each detail embodies St. Regis’ commitment to luxury and elegance. The café’s retail space also offers a curated selection of porcelain pieces from the Oriente Italiano, Labirinto, Il Viaggio di Nettuno, and Diva collections.

The all-day menu features signature dishes crafted by the resort's culinary experts, complemented by Ginori 1735’s Oriente Italiano, Il Viaggio di Nettuno, and Labirinto collections. Highlights include Panzanella, Vitello Tonnato, Ribollita Soup, Eggplant Parmigiana, Truffle Arancini, Sfogliatella, Sicilian Cannoli, Tiramisu, and Ricotta Tart. Café Ginori introduces an exquisite destination for afternoon indulgence with its Ginori Afternoon Tea, offering a carefully curated selection of sweet and savory delicacies served on Ginori 1735 artistic porcelain, perfectly paired with premium teas and coffee.

To mark the grand opening of Café Ginori at The St. Regis Saadiyat Island Resort Abu Dhabi, an exclusive event took place on Thursday, May 15th, inviting guests to savor the café’s delicacies, each offering a delightful fusion of flavors. They relished expertly crafted mocktails infused with traditional Italian botanicals. In addition to a live painting session, attendees experienced the essence of remarkable Italian craftsmanship and heritage.

For those looking for a unique souvenir, this partnership features a Ginori 1735 coaster set made exclusively for St. Regis. This bespoke collection consists of four coasters inspired by the elegance and glamour of both brands, honouring the iconic Bloody Mary, a signature cocktail of St. Regis. The St. Regis Ginori coaster set is available online, capturing the artistry and celebration of this collaboration and providing guests with a memorable keepsake of the brand’s exceptional hospitality.

This global expansion enhances the relationship between the two brands, which started with the recently redesigned terrace at The St. Regis Venice, followed by The St. Regis Riyadh and The St. Regis Downtown Dubai. The first Café Ginori, launched as part of this collaboration, opened at The St. Regis in Florence in November 2024. Café Ginori operates daily from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.
