India’s largest hospitality company, IHCL (The Indian Hotels Company Limited), has signed a lease for a Ginger-branded hotel in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh. With a Greenfield project, the 101-Key hotel is strategically located at the Lahartara Phulwaria intersection, offering guests a convenient and accessible stay.
Designed around the brand's lean luxe design and service philosophy, it offers guests a seamless, contemporary and vibrant hospitality experience. Suma Venkatesh, the Executive Vice President - Real Estate & Development at IHCL, stated that this signing showcases IHCL's commitment to Varanasi - one of the world's oldest living cities with deep cultural and religious significance. The hotel will be IHCL's fourth hotel in the city and is conveniently situated within easy reach of renowned tourist destinations like the Kashi Vishwanath temple.
In addition to modern amenities, such as a fitness centre and well-equipped meeting rooms, the hotel will have a signature all-day diner, Qmin, serving a selection of global and local favorites.
