Badr Abdelaziz, General Manager, Radisson Hotel Madinah said: “The hotel team and I are proud to welcome guests to the first Radisson-branded property in Madinah. We are fully committed to delivering world-class service to all our guests, whether they’re here for business, leisure, or as part of their Umrah trip.”
Various amenities, such as a lobby café, a full-service restaurant, and a poolside juice bar, are available to guests. Designed to encourage relaxation and unwinding, every detail has been crafted to inspire and delight.
The new hotel is positioned just outside the Al Haram area near key landmarks. It is only 3 km from the Prophet’s Mosque and 750m from Quba Mosque, the oldest mosque in Islamic history. Additionally, it is conveniently situated 16km from Prince Mohammed Bin Abdulaziz International Airport and 10km from Madinah train station, which offers easy connections to Jeddah and Makkah. This location ensures easy access, making it a perfect hub for business and leisure travellers.
Madinah, also known as Al Madinah Al Munawwarah (The Enlightened City), is one of Islam’s most spiritually significant cities. Renowned as the second holiest city after Makkah, it attracts millions of pilgrims annually who visit the Prophet’s Mosque, home to the resting place of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH). Rich in history and culture, Madinah offers visitors a blend of spiritual experiences, heritage landmarks, and Arabian hospitality. Notable historical sites include the Quba Mosque, the first mosque built in Islamic history, and Mount Uhud, the site of the famous Battle of Uhud. With its markets, local cuisine, and atmosphere, Madinah promises an enriching stay for visitors and pilgrims alike.
