Minor Hotels has entered into a strategic hotel management agreement for a beachfront property located on Dubai’s renowned Palm West Beach, in partnership with trusted collaborators, Seven Tides. Set to take effect on August 1, 2025, this new resort and serviced residences, currently known as Dukes The Palm, a Royal Hideaway Hotel, will enhance Minor Hotels’ managed portfolio. This addition will further solidify the group’s expanding presence in the United Arab Emirates, positioning it as the largest operator along the Trunk of the Palm.

The resort features 273 hotel rooms and 287 serviced apartments at a prime beachfront location next to NH Collection Dubai The Palm, which opened in February 2023. This agreement will elevate Minor Hotels’ total key count on Palm Jumeirah to 1,524 across three properties: Anantara The Palm Dubai Resort and NH Collection Dubai The Palm, all under three unique brands. This reinforces the group’s long-term commitment to the region.

Set on the Palm West Beach, a top lifestyle destination in Dubai, this property provides direct access to a dynamic beachfront promenade filled with upscale restaurants, beach clubs, and entertainment options. Its location ensures guests are just a convenient 30-minute drive from Dubai International Airport, making it perfect for both leisure and business travellers.

The property offers various room and suite choices, including 287 serviced apartments available in studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom configurations. Guests can savour six dining options, featuring a speciality restaurant and a pool bar, in addition to access to a private beach, an infinity pool, a lazy river, and wellness and family-friendly amenities.

Minor Hotels plans to carry out a soft refurbishment of the guest rooms and public areas ahead of a rebranding that will be revealed later in 2025. This initiative emphasizes the group’s dedication to providing value for both guests and partners, while also boosting the property’s market position.
