Novotel's Debut in Agra

Accor has announced the signing of Novotel Agra Fatehabad Road, marking the Novotel brand's debut in Agra City. This new hotel, set to open in 2029, will showcase Novotel's commitment to promoting balanced living, blending business and leisure experiences for guests visiting the Taj Mahal. 

Spread across 13,000 square meters, Novotel Agra Fatehabad Road will feature 275 rooms, each starting at 28 square meters. These accommodations will offer families and business travellers a comfortable and energizing atmosphere, with every detail reflecting Novotel's core values of balance, flexibility, and purposeful living.

The hotel will provide a variety of dining options, including an all-day dining restaurant, a speciality restaurant, and a lively bar. In addition, its banqueting facilities will encompass 2,000 square meters of flexible event space, suitable for social celebrations and corporate functions. Leisure and wellness amenities will include a swimming pool, fitness centre, and ample parking, ensuring that every guest's needs are met efficiently.

The project is spearheaded by Crystal Vista Ventures LLP, led by Laxman Das Goyal and his family, who have a legacy in hospitality, including the Grand Mercure Agra and Crystal Inn Agra. This new venture is expected to further enhance the group's contribution to Agra's tourism and hospitality sector.

Novotel operates over 590 hotels across 65 countries and has a pipeline of more than 160 new properties. In 2024, Novotel announced a three-year partnership with the World Wildlife Fund for Nature (WWF) to focus on the protection and restoration of the world’s oceans, which are crucial for the planet's balance. This initiative will involve science-based actions and conservation projects.
