The appointment of Aaruni Dwivedi as the new hotel manager has been announced by Four Seasons Hotel Mumbai.

Dwivedi has been an active player in the luxury hospitality sector for around 17 years and brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the hotel. In his new role at Four Seasons Hotel Mumbai, Dwivedi is expected to oversee the property’s everyday operations and ensure the highest quality of service to its guests. His areas of expertise include operations management, process optimization, and guest experience enhancements.

He has worked with Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts at various APAC, EMEA, and Americas locations. Before settling down at the Mumbai branch, he was the director of rooms at Four Seasons Resort Langkawi. He has also handled leadership roles at different Four Seasons properties and has even been awarded for excellence.
