Chef Pranab brings 24 years of extensive culinary experience, having being recognised for elevating dining experiences across hotels. He has served in renowned hotel chains such as Intercontinental Hotels, Hilton, Four Seasons, and Starwood. He is particularly popular for his expertise in Western and Middle Eastern cuisines.
Chef Pranab is set to lead the kitchen operations, bringing his innovative approach to enhance the hotel’s culinary offerings. In his new role, he will be responsible for creating innovative menus that blend global trends with authentic flavors, overseeing daily kitchen operations to ensure efficiency and consistent quality, guiding, motivating, and developing the culinary team to achieve peak performance, maintaining the highest standards of food quality and presentation, and managing costs effectively to maximize profitability while upholding culinary excellence.
