IndiGo has launched 6Eskai, an AI conversational booking assistant, on WhatsApp. With this expansion to IndiGo's digital ecosystem, the airline hopes to provide seamless travel solutions to its consumers.

Booking airline tickets has been easier! IndiGo, India's top carrier, has released 6Eskai. It is a WhatsApp chatbot powered by artificial intelligence that allows passengers to book flights directly through an instant messaging service.

The feature has been designed to make air travel more simple

The feature was developed in collaboration with Google's Riafy technologies. It functions as a pocket digital travel agent, providing various services such as booking flight tickets and check-ins, boarding pass-related inquiries, and even answering random travel or flight-related concerns. 

Here’s How to Book Flight

  • Interested customers can drop a WhatsApp message to +91 7065145858, saying ‘Hi There’.
  • The feature will revert and introduce itself.
  • It will show multiple options, such as booking flight tickets, Web check-in, Boarding Pass, and flight status.
  • Reply with the ‘Book flight tickets’ option
  • The Chatbot will ask you about your origin, destination city, and dates.
  • After answering all the questions by 6Eskai, it will show flight options.
  • Select a suitable option and proceed further.
  • Make an online payment, and you are done.
