IndiGo Wins Global Industry Excellence Award

With the installation of the INFORM system and the development of the AOCS Command Center, an innovative solution first introduced in aviation ground operations, the airline has lifted the bar for end-to-end worker mobility.

With the help of GWFM, the biggest WFM network in the world, IndiGo has won the Global Industry Excellence WFM 2024 Award for "Outstanding Workforce Management Practices."

The airline has raised the bar for end-to-end worker mobility with the installation of the INFORM system and the creation of the AOCS Command Center, an inventive solution originally presented in aviation ground operations. Thanks to this technique, the proper people are there at the appropriate time and location.

The recipients of the prize for their innovative leadership in WFM were Mr. Sanjeev Ramdas (EVP-AOCS), Mr. Varun Dwivedi (VP-AOCS), Mr. Arvind Bhandari (VP-AOCS), and Mr. Sushil Sharma (Director-Resource Planning-AOCS).

Mr.Ramdas was also invited to be the Keynote Speaker at the prestigious forum, which included global leaders.
