Follow Us Share Security Situation in Beirut: Etihad's Response Etihad Airways offers the following options for guests who purchased their tickets on or before 26 September 2024 and will be travelling to and from Beirut between 23 September and 30 September 2024. Rebooking: If the flight is cancelled, you can rebook to/from BEY free of charge as per EY's schedule change policy. If the flight is operating and the guest cannot travel, rebooking is free of charge on EY-operated flights only. Rerouting is permitted for CAI/AMM on EY-operated flights. Rebook on the lowest available RBD in the same cabin New travel dates can be +/- 10 days from the original departure date. The no-show fee is waived. Cancellation/Refund A free-of-charge refund is permitted in case of flight cancellation. Guests who travel from another country, arrive in Abu Dhabi, and choose not to continue to BEY (e.g., MEL-AUH-BEY) are eligible for a pro-rated involuntary refund. Refund as per fare rules if the flight is operating. The no-show fee is waived.
