Investing in team members

  • American also reached a 27-month agreement with its Technical Operations, Fleet Service, Cargo and Central Load Planning team members, represented by the Transportation Workers Union and International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers (TWU-IAM) Association, which will increase compensation for more than 35,000 American team members.
  • American received a top score of 100 on the Disability Equality Index and was named one of the best places to work for disability inclusion.

Industry-leading operational reliability
