Anantara Siam Bangkok has announced the initial lineup of renowned chefs for the 25th Annual World Gourmet Festival, which will take place from September 22 to 28, 2025. To celebrate this milestone year, the festival will showcase a selection of global culinary talent, promising a week of unforgettable dining experiences. Tickets are now officially on sale.

This milestone year represents a historic moment for the festival. In an extraordinary development, three out of the six participating restaurants have been recognized among the Top 100 Restaurants in the World by The World’s 50 Best Restaurants 2025, one of the most prestigious culinary honours worldwide.

Eric Vildgaard’s restaurant Jordnær (#56), Dave Pynt’s Burnt Ends (#93), and Vaughan Mabee’s Amisfield (#99) all made their debut on this prestigious list in 2025. This significant recognition ensures months-long waitlists and international fame for each. Diners in Bangkok now have the unique opportunity to experience all three restaurants within the same week.

All activities will be hosted in Anantara Siam’s most iconic spaces.
