Four Seasons Hotel Hangzhou at West Lake Appoints Nicolas Senes as General Manager

Four Seasons Hotel Hangzhou at West Lake has appointed Nicolas Senes as General Manager. In this role, he will oversee hotel operations, guest experience, and team leadership at the property.

Nicolas Senes brings extensive international experience in the hospitality industry, with a career spanning Europe and Asia. He has been associated with Four Seasons since 2004, beginning at Four Seasons Resort Provence at Terre Blanche in France, where he held food and beverage roles.

Most recently, he served as Resort Manager at Four Seasons Resort Bali at Jimbaran Bay, where he was responsible for operational performance and team management. Prior to this, he held senior food and beverage leadership roles within Four Seasons, including Director of Food and Beverage positions in Bali and Shanghai, and Assistant Director of Food and Beverage in Guangzhou.
In addition to property roles, he has contributed to regional initiatives across Asia Pacific, including participation in food and beverage reviews and operational task force assignments. He has also supported projects such as hotel openings and operational transitions within the group.
Nicolas will now lead operations at Four Seasons Hotel Hangzhou at West Lake, focusing on service delivery, team development, and overall guest experience.
