Eight Continents Hotels & Resorts has announced the appointment of Sheetal Sethi as the new Regional Operations Manager.
Sheetal holds over two decades of extensive experience in the global hospitality industry. She has been known for managing global events like G20 Summit and ASEAN Meetings to drive operational growth in different countries.
Sheetal’s portfolio spans across India, Africa and Indonesia, where she has taken key leadership roles with renowned names such as Marriott, Radisson Blu, and Plataran Indonesia. Her approach to operations, revenue management, and client servicing has consistently elevated the service standards.
Sheetal has led high performing teams, integrated brand strategies. With her knowledge in Rooms Division, Revenue Management, and Leadership Skills that have resulted in sustained profitable results.
As Regional Operations Manager at Eight Continents Hotels & Resorts, Sheetal Sethi will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of multiple properties within her designated region. Her role includes ensuring consistent service standards, improving operational efficiency, and aligning property performance with the company’s strategic objectives.
She will work closely with various departments—including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, HR, and finance—to streamline processes and enhance the guest experience. Additionally, she will support staff training and development, monitor key performance indicators, and implement quality assurance measures to maintain brand consistency across all locations under her supervision.
